• Quickly review and accept assignments.
• Determine the occupancy status of the home.

• Conduct weekly exterior drive-by inspections.
• Secure the subject home and have the locks changed.
• Assess any damages and obtain any needed bids

• Coordinate any remaining personal property.
• Prepare the home for marketing including making repairs and improvements.
• Handle theft, vandalism, and squatters.
• Complete Broker Price Opinions quickly and efficiently.
• Aggressively market the home for sale.
• Schedule showings and get timely feedback from showing brokers.
• Submit a monthly status and billing statements to the asset manager.
• Submit offers and coordinate the details of the closing.
• Keep all parties updated on closing progress.
